WTF just happened?

Started the car up and by the time I made it down the road I noticed the CEL was off...which is not normal...so I scanned for codes...and this came up...turned around and went back home...parked the car...tried to google a bit and see nothing online about this one relative to a 96 cobra....gonna try to start the car in a little bit to see what happens.

car started fine this AM, idled and drove fine....CEL is still OFF....and not my OBDII scanner isn't working!

well, car is still running great...brought the car to autozone just to let a different scan tool read it...only code it found was the P0420...but no CEL is on...weird.

I'm just going to ignore it for now, and check on it occasionally.
