Yes, but you will need a 3/16" thick spacer and E.T. style extended reach lug nuts to get a minimum of 10 turns.

I just contacted CCW to order my T10 rims. Are there any issues with a 9" front rim and '00R brakes?

Better yet, what front rim width should i get if i have the 00R front brakes? Rims are going to be 18".
