CCRM question

i did a search on this and could not find a definitive answer

does anyone know if all 99-04 v8 CCRMs can be used in my 01 cobra? my CCRM went bad, and i have a donor car to get a CCRM from. please let me know asap. thanks

From what I remember, the GT CCRM has a different part #. I do not know if it will work on the 'bras.

Give it a shot as long as you can return it if it does not work for ya.

With Ford electronic parts, there is usually no returns accepted, so this trial and error would not be possible at Ford and other retailers.

i think there year specific..
i know for a fact that the mach1 and 99 cobra are not the same and thats because they have a similar engine. i dont know if its the year or what.
back in the day wen i swaped one out i had to get it from dealer...$80 i belive
