I'm trying the oven method and the epoxy is flaking right off but I can't seem to get the runners to move. Any ideas?

You have to get the torch around where the runners go into the lower intake. Try putting the torch inside both ports. That should be able to heat up the remaining epoxy. Gently move the runners back and forth and try and crab walk it loose. -Mark

OH well I guess I'm gonna have to pay someone to get these out. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I go tmine out with an oven. I did very light tapping with a hammer to loosen them up. No one recommends that method, but it worked for me.
