Dropped the car off at the dealership today for a long list of repairs. Shredded a belt on the way there...not sure why.
- Rear differential being replaced.
- 3.27 gears being installed.
- Rear diff brace being installed.
- Steeda IRS brackets (I'll try anything to help this stupid wheel hop)
- Alternator is being replaced.
- Rear quarter windows being replaced.
- Intercooler fluid reservoir being replaced.

Last week I trashed my Gords Ford heat exchanger.
Anyone want to buy an 03 Cobra vert? :rollseyes ;-)

What's Cheryl gonna drive now? She's all pumped about cruising the L.

Wow Tracy, sorry to hear that. Is any of that work actually being done under warranty? Your car is the poster child for mods, so I would be surprised. ;)

Please say you are kidding about selling it!

Wow Tracey, you're sure riding that Cobra hard!! LOL! Shredded a tire on the way? Hmmm. Now I wonder how you could have done that? Another LOL! Seriously, I hope you get the car back 100% the way you want it. :)

Car should be done before she gets here. I'm gonna let her run the truck down the track if the weather holds.

hehe...I know the gear choice will cause people to go :dw:
It's an experiment...I'm hoping to get some 2nd gear traction back. If I don't like em, then the stock gears will go back in.

That sucks man, hopefully you get your car back asap. Good luck
It sucks, but it's ok too. These cars are easy to mod and make stupid power, but a little more difficult to keep on the road as a daily driver.

What is the problem with the rear quarter windows?
The black trim part looks like crap. They're both discolored and dull, like it's been sitting exposed to the elements for years. In Ford's wisdom, the whole window needs to be replaced at a cost of $900 each.

of course racerats definition of "daily driver" is a bit different, daily trips to the track, daily burnouts, daily high speed runs, etc.

j/k but we love ya for it :)

really curious to see how those new gears work out.
