today randomly blew engine

went to the gas station not getting on it. fill it up and go to leave and the whole cars shaking and running pretty rich, im like great a huge missfire. got it home and dataloged not showing a thing on the cylinders that are bad. no cel lights

pulled the plugs 7 and 8 were soaked in oil. got the intake off and puddle of oil on #8 valves. also did a compression test and not a thing on both cylinders

i did have the hcm done also just goes to show you never know what will happen.

Sure does sound like it, these cars definitely eat some money. Might be time to build it bigger.

pulled the head off today. the valve seat on the exhaust came out. pistons ok. valve dont appear to be bent. tiny nick on the cam lob from the rocker when it fell out
