Car wont stay running after maintenance

Need some help. After installing the new alternator the car wont stay running. Starts up strong but dies almost immediately. Unplugged the maf and the car stays running. Seems like a big vacuum leak but everything checks out. Any ideas? Theres also a Warning but no CEL
Mods are Paxton, 75lb injectors, KB BAP, exhaust
