Car Won't start

The shop where my car is at just installed new motor and hooked up all the harness accept the trans harness and the car will not start. It will turn over but nothing. Its getting fuel but no spark. The odometer has lines going thru not my miles. The shop cant see my computer when he hooks up with the tuner or with his. It was all working fine before I took the motor out.

Anybody run into this before and what was it?

sounds like the car is in theft mode. there is a box under the passenger fender about mid way point on the frame rail. did u damage that?
