when i`m running at high speeds, my car starts to wobble all over the road. Is it my bushing or is it something else?

A little more detail is needed. What do you mean by "wobble all over the road"?

Make sure the lugs are tight. Jack the car up and grab the wheels and see if they feel loose or have play in them while they are off the ground.

how much power do you have or do you drive the car hard? I have heard of IRS bushings wearing out, allowing excess play in the IRS cradle and that would cause a lot of sway or 'wobble'

I think the power level of those bushings should be good to about 400rwhp, but i could also see that a significant amount of launches and hard hits on them over ~8 years could wear them out.

FYI, i only suggest those things as secondary to investigate after checking what has already been suggested...

Those would be my first guesses. Loose/bent/unbalanced wheel or a wheel bearing. Could also be a loose halfshaft. If one of the rear wheels has play, make sure the axle nut is tight before you replace the wheel bearing.

Here is your troubleshooting list:

- lug nuts torqued to 95 ft lbs
- check for a bad tire (you said they were good so check that one off)
- check for a loose halfshaft nut
- check for a worn axle bearing
- check the IRS cradle for any loose nuts or bolts
- check for a worn out shock
- get a proper FOUR wheel alignment

Make sure you check the IRS hub bearings. Checking the wheel by pushing & pulling back and forth should let you know if the bearings are bad. I hope your bearings are good, but if they are not then pm me as I have 2 I'll sale you right.

If the roads you are running high speeds on are bumpy, you may be encountering "bump steer". Do all of the things above before looking into this issue.

Could be bump steer, but still check everything already suggested. Get a proper "four wheel" alignment before you spend the money on the bump steer kit or anything else. You can have excessive toe out in the rear from lowering or just a crap alignment which will make whatever bump steer issues you have that much worse.
