What do you do if you make a mistake on a car title when transferring it over to the buyer? The buyer signed/printed under one of my signature blocks for being like a second owner for releasing the title instead of signing his block for being the new owner.
Someone help me out on this. I already went ahead and went through with handing over everything. Im wondering know if Im going to get a call to come back and take care of the title properly. Even though hes going to have to file for a new title anyways. What do you guys know about this.
