Car Radio Recommendation

I'm planning on buying a radio for the Jetta... it's currently radioless.

Budget is $100-$200

Must have:
-Mp3 playback
-CDR and CDRW playback
-Prefer a clean looking face also. Lots of buttons, and multi colors I can do without.

I can find it for $190 on ebay. Any other suggestions?
