I recently put a canton expansion tank on my 98 cobra, but ever since then it has leaked out of the little spout by the radiator cap anyone had this problem or know how to correct it?

Is it overfilled? Did you fill and burp the system properly?
I do dot belive that it is overfilled and when I removed the stock tank I did not totally drain the system I just pulled the hoses and put the new tank on
Im going to guess your not using the correct cap. If i loosten the cap a little will come out of the spout but with the cap tight, its leak free.
Did you reburp the system?

How is the best way to reburp the system and I filled it through the tank.

Just a 16 pound cap that i bought from auto zone I was unaware that there was diffrent depth caps and it leaks a little every time i drive it also i have noticed that the water temp seems to vary more since i put the tank on?
