Can't get bumper cover off

I feel like a moron. I am trying to remove the from bumper cover from my 2014 gt. I have removed all of the top bolts and pins and the fender well nuts. I have the edges pulled away and the top pulls away slightly but I cannot get the cover off. Feels like something is holding it from behind. Are there bolts inside the cover holding it on. Watched a video and it seemed like once you removed the nuts and pins that it should come off no problem.

Lower shield is removed.

The outside temp sensor connects to the back. Maybe that's it? I found that out the hard way.

I figured it out. I did remove that sensor.
