cant download new tunes for my SCT???

I tried 5 or 6 times to download the SCT software on my computer so I can download my email tunes and it just pops up as a bunch 1's and 0's????
what am I doing wrong?

i read threw the FQA's and apparently their software wont work on MAC computers... Just my luck
