I have a 281 2v as the saleens are..I have the un s/c version..Looking to supercharger in the next few months or ASAp..But I'm a bit dumbfounded as to what setup to go with..I dont want to spend over 4000 to be honest and Id much rather have something around 8-10psi than just a 6psi setup...Anyways, I want something that is intercooled and low maintenance, something that can be tuned maybe twice a year just as a check up..Looking for something that can be used on both street and strip. Im looking for suggestions on cheap reliable kits that will give a very noticeable incline in horsepower and decently in torque etc. Ive heard of some people going with used superchargers, whats the pros and cons of doing that? Is it worth the money saved from buying a new one?
