Can you sell a tuner?

Hi,
I recently sold my '14 GT, but I still have the tuner I used. I uploaded the stock tune back to the car before I sold it, so this should be good to go on another Mustang, right? I have this one:

As long as you returned the car to stock, the tuner should be unlocked and thus should be able to be sold.

Sure can, I got my tuner used. I even used mine on my 05 powerstroke then when I traded it in I used it on my mustang.
