well i've made well over 100 passes with the L and got her down to 12.6's. i've run against many L's and have been rather successful. i've asked this Q many times and since it's winter mod time i need some expert "experienced" advice on the rear gear. can those of you who have actually made the switch to 4.10 tell me if there is a difference in the e.t.'s with all other mods being the same? i assume there is a 60' diff. but what about the overall e.t.? i've heard much conjecture about L's don't like to rev too quick and that they like to pull all the way thru the quarter with a higher gear (3.73 or 3.55). with my 3.73 i'm going thru the traps @ 4200 rpm's and it seems a waste of the power band that's left over. i am running 28" tall MT Drags and i could use some "apples to apples" comparisons. thanks..........jack
