Can the supercharger snout be removed without removing the blower?

It looks easy enough. I see the 8 bolts but there is one bolt behind the intercooler manifold that looks like it'll be blocked by the manifold.

Is it possible to remove?

This is what I’m talking about. The nipple with the red arrow.

Yah, I've been wondering about this too. Had some oil leaking from my snout, assuming the seal is bad. Sounds like from what i've seen you can cut that bottom bolt with a dremel (or something else) and then replace it with an m8 x 50mm, 1.25 pitch stud and then just use a nut over the top of that. I've also seen people mention hitting that tube/ nipple with a mallet until it is pushed down far enough for the bolt to clear. But honestly I'd like to hear input form others who have experience with this.
