Can someone photoshop this for me?

i need to remove the white background and make it transparent so i can watermark pictures and invoices.

it would be nice to take the website out as i think it would bunch up when the size is smaller

Its got some white edges so I redid it. Its not updating yet but it should look better once it does so.

He wants a watermark. You can't watermark with a JPEG bra.

One more in case you want a white inner lettering. Remember to right click and save the image as a png. Copy and paste won't work.

haha. I am a designer too, but i cannot pull this off now.
Can someone please photoshop me a cold sixxer of coors light right now! Im on my last one and need mas to fall asleep.

Mine IS a PNG, which means it can be a water mark. I would not have posted it otherwise. Thanks.
