Interesting. Where did that chart come from? It says with a 2.8 only upper an estimated 15psi! I've never seen anything higher than 13.5psi on a cooler night.
^ some people do claim 14/15 psi with a 2.76 only, which I still dont see how. Last summer I ran that and I was around 13, might peak to 14 on cold nights but never hit 15. On my 2.76/4lb combo now I'm around 16/17lbs which imo is right where it should be. OP, if you have a stock eaton leave that setup on there but check to make sure you have a larger alternator pulley. If not that big lower will eventually fry your alt. That setup is probably good for the same as a 2.76 upper, right between 12-14lbs of boost depending on temps and what not, plus you've got the sleeper effect. And if you do ever get a ported blower, throwing a smaller upper on will be much easier on your wallet then if you were to have to buy a lower kit. ($150 for an upper compared to $450 for a lower)
