Can in install bumper inserts over paint sealant

So I had my car professionally detailed today because my paint was in horrible shape. Anyhow they didnt use a wax they used a sealant that they said should last 6 months. I know on the bumper insert instructions it says to use dish soap to remove wax and things. What about this sealant.

Also i want stainless inserts.

You will be fine, do the dishsap just in case it was not a pure sealant.

Just give it a once over with some Dawn and youll be fine.
