Can I move this wiring harness in the spare tire well in the trunk?

I need a couple inches of clearance for a sub-woofer enclosure to fit in my spare tire well. This thing is in the way. The thing with the green tape attached. If I can unbolt the mount for it I can move it a few inches out of the way and secure it somewhere else.

Any problem with that?

I wouldnt see why not thats the fuel pump wiring

Thank you. It looked like there could be some sensor in it and it's bolted to the body so I wasn't sure if it needed to be oriented a certain way..
