can anyone tell me what intake this is or what Mustang it goes on?

A buddy of mine has an old intake from one of his past Mustangs....he can't remember which model or year it's from. (He's had many Stangs) Can anyone tell me what this fits on? Looks like it may be missing another 90' elbow to connect onto the MAF????

Any help is appreciated!

It has to be a 4.6, hence the four bolt holes for the mass air.

IT looks like a MAC. That is all you need to connect from the MAF to the fenderwell, the shield bolts up to side fenderwell and the filter sticks in the hole. Should be good to go.
