Can anyone identify what this sound is? It's the startup of a 2007 V6 Mustang. You can't hear it but the car did start and the battery is at 12 V. I thought it was the starter but now I'm not so sure.

Thanks

Is it a vent actuator behind the CD player? Hard to tell in the video if it's coming from inside or outside

Thanks gents. Since it doesn't do it every time the car is started, I am going to have her start the car with the AC off. This will narrow it down. I really appreciate the help.

Glad you figured it out! I'm pretty sure it's an easy fix I think you can reach it through the glove box hole once it's removed. I believe the instructions say to remove the air bag assembly but you don't have to.
