She will need lower intake manifold intercooler heat exchanger if she is going to run a blower on it. If she is racing then point her in the direction of the cooling mods so she does not melt her engine.
use the gt computer and engine wiring harness, just modify it to fit the cobra. the pcm doesnt care what its driving, it just measures and adjusts.

basically all you're doing is moving a couple of sensor connections on the gt wire loom from rear to front.
