cams with oem cats

Really want lope in my car and I enjoy the exhaust note where I have it with my oem cats. With limiters and a good tune will stage 3 comp cams be able to provide that safely? I understand the cats will be a choking point.*
My cats are paired to kooks super street headers and down the road next year I'm looking to put a tvs on the car also.

It'll burn out the cats, they have to be removed. Plus the lope is in the tune with these vct cars.
