I have a sticky pod camera mount... and no, I didn't make it "sticky":p it is the name of it! I do not need it as I have a roll bar mount. If anyone wants a camera mount, let me know. $60+shipping

Here is a video from a few months back when I used it on the inside rear door window on the car I drove at TWS. I used a flip camera: [nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlJ7XG9n3UQ"]One lap around Texas World Speedway - 8/6/11 - YouTube[/nomedia]

So this just sits in the rear window?

It uses 4 high-strength suction cups to mount it to a window or car surface. I have seen people mount them to their roofs and/or on the outside of a door, but I have never done it as I would be concerned about track debris hitting the camera.
