Just got a set of new cam covers for my 04 Cobra. I have a few questions before I start this project. I am aware of what to remove before I can take them out, but I was curious as to what to do before I install them. Any special RTV sealant to use? Do I apply sealant around the complete cover? Is there any special sequence to installing the bolts or any special torque sequence? These are the the Ford Racing blue covers that came with what appears to be a rubber gasket and grommets/seals in all the openings. Are there any other gaskets that are needed? Thanks for your help.

if you didn't get new gaskets with the covers- get some- put oil resistant gasket maker anywhere there is a seam- such as where the front cover meets the heads. torque the bolts to 8-10ft lb. there is a sequence -you should be able to find it online
