cam timing help PLEASE ASSIST

i don't have timing marks on my chains and i don't know were to position the notches on the cams themselves ( exhaust to intake) to each other. you know the 2 little cam chains on the top forward part of the heads. anyone have the answer? i hope i don't need to do any degreeing. are there any writeups out there i can reference for this?

i just followed steps in service manual,,but the degreeing after basic setup isnt in manual,,

in manual it shows how to mark chains when chain doesnt have copper links,,

my pc has been down,,i will see about posting link from manual on engine section
