Cam sprocket torque

I'm building an 03 Mach motor for a road race car. I installed the intake cams from my 98 motor into the 03 heads. The 98 cams use a 12mm bolt for the sprocket and get torqued to 80-95 ft-lbs. The 03 heads have a 10mm bolt. I snapped the bolt when I torqued it to 90 ft-lbs. What is the torque spec for the smaller, 10mm, 03 cam sprocket bolt?

I believe it's 33ft-lbs and then a 90 degree turn. I'd have to check my manual to be sure.
