cam question

I am put an "e" cam in my 95 cobra, i was wondering if I should buy new lifters and valve springs also. Not sure if i need to or not, the car has 68000 miles. And about how long do you think it will take to put a cam in? about 8 hours or so?

I used new lifters but the same valve springs. The car runs great. Took me and a friend about 10 hours. Lots of fun! I recommend putting in some 1.7 rr's while you are at it.

the cobra's came stock w/ 1.7 rockers.
