cam help

Hey guys and gals I am looking to put a cam in my 88 notch
I have 24lb injectors and a 76mm c&l mass air kit now and
would like to put in any E, F, or voodoo cams

can any one post any audio or video clips of ford racing E and F
cams and also any of the voodoo cams.

which one would be best for street/stripand work .

I have an 89 Lx with the F303. I do not have any video/audio clips of it running, except on my phone, but I cannot figure out how the hell to post it or even upload it to my computer. It does have a pretty rough idle, and power doesn't seem to really kick in until about 3k rpms... but I do have stock heads (don't ask!). Click the link in my sig. It's a great site, and you will find LOTS, and I mean LOTS of help on anything and everything about small block fords. I'm sure someone will have a video of their ride (though they seem to "dislike" the letter cams lol). Oh yeah, talk to Jay Allen in the camshaft section.
