I'm having a issue with my parking brake, when I disengage the parking brake the brake slightly frees up and then locks slightly. If the car is rolling slowly it's enough to stop the car once it locks up a bit. I adjusted the parking brake leveler and did not free it up any. My rear brakes are low but not completely wore out. Please some insight would be appreciated.
