California Boss shipped to MD

So over the past 3 year I have tried and tried to convince my boss to buy a mustang. Two weeks ago I finally got him convinced to buy a new boss 302 in race red with black stripes. The boss is getting shipped from a dealer in California to Bob Davidson Ford in MD. I know California has some crazy emissions rules. Is there anything on this car I should look into?

you might want to tell him you'll need it for a week to give it an inspection and remove the California emissions equipment off of it... and make sure to let him know that California cars come from the factory with 1k miles on them and bald rear tires
