Calibrating ba2800 to work in blow thru

Need some help, my cobra currently is tuned for a draw thru setup. I just got an intercooler and am switching to a blow thru setup. The maf is a ba2800 and is calibrated for the draw thru with 60s and 4in housing. I'm wondering how to calibrate it in advantage 3 to make it work in 3in housing and blow thru..

Any tuning gods out there please help, I just had the car tuned a few months ago and really don't want to pay another 450 for a retune if I can use my software.

What size tube are you putting it in ? Or are you using the same tube?
