what do you guys recommend??

My truck is bone stock right now... once i get taxes back im going to be doing a 4# pulley and a Diablo tuner... but im gonna do a CAI while im in there.... they are kinda pricey huh???? i was looking on Lethal Performance and there's a lot to choose from....what do u guys recommend from your experiences??

YIKES! they got a sweet ass label on their product but it looks like the mesh screen is just being held there by gravity :uh oh: not very clean looking... (no offense).

ive got a K&N i think lol. ill probably end up switching to a JLT.
Jay is a good guy and a solid svtp supporting vendor :beer:

and makes NICE quality products too btw lol

Chickenears is the nicest. The open filter and adpater is the cheapest other than the modified stock air box. Which I will sell you for cheap if you want to keep yours stock looking

I have the trash can CAI, with an air scoop/hose under the center of the front bumper. Works fine too.

I'll probably get rid of it someday and buy that Chikenear's stage 3 set-up.

I have always like the Chickenears Stage III, but how good is it for a DD? My truck actually sees rain. lol

thats the older JLP box. The new one is alot nicer. I don't have a picture of it ill have to take one next time im with my truck.

Chickenears cai is what I have and it is great. One of the nicest built cold air kits out there. A little pricey but you pay for quality.
