I inherited this from my cousin a while back and never used it. I can tell you it works with a 90MM MAF housing, it has the gasket to go between the heat shield and the MAF, as well as the bolts to secure it. It has a CARB# on it for anyone in a smog nazi region. It seems to be pretty well made sorry I don't have more info I've never really seen one like this before.
