I currently have the steeda cai on my cobra.It has been tuned and dyno tested at JDM with 512hp/496tq.If I was to install the k&N fipk on the car,would it f....up the tune or anything?I was able to get the unit from a friend (for free) who totaled his cobra.Anyones help and input would be much appreciated!

You shouldn't have to tune differently for a Steeda CAI versus a K&N FIPK. Both are straight on air filter kits. If you were introducing a bend in front of the MAF sensor, you would need to retune, but you are not.
Why do you want to swap a Steeda CAI for a K&N FIPK. My advice would be to hold onto the Steeda so you can swap back.
