C106 transmission harness connector..My 96 Cobra disagrees with the 96 EVTM. Pinouts?

I was pulling out the rear O2 sensor wiring from the transmission (T-45) harness on my '96 Cobra as I cobble together wiring for my Coyote swap. I pulled out a R/LB wire from somewhere and then noticed later that it just looped back into the connector. Problem is I don't know where it came from.

'96 EVTM says it goes between pins 2 and 3, though clearly this is not correct since obviously no wire has ever been at pin 2....it's blocked off. It looks to be part of the starting circuit...

Anyone know where it is supposed to go?

Well...after further sleuthing, I believe the wire jumps between pins 3 and 14.

We'll see if I am right and the starter engages, or not and sparks fly...
