I have ford racing k springs will they fit without rubbing?

Will I be able to pick them up and fit them in my car or will I need a truck?

They will fit and you could get on in the back seat maybe 2 if yo lay the pass seat down and sit one up right but I don't think you can get one in the trunk unless its left open
