I'm not sure but if you look on the Magnaflow website, you should be able to compare part numbers. The sucky part is they make two cats that fit our cars. It is the same cat but one has a carb number stamped on it and the other doesn't (look at summit racing). You can buy two of the ones without the stamp for less then the price of one with the stamp. Gotta love this state and all it's emissions b.s. As long as it fits the pipe size and has some sort of carb number on it, you should be fine.

As for 03-04 Cobras, we are all now past the 7-year federal EPA law requirement to not replace/alter, etc., so as long as your cats meet OBD2 specs, any brand will do. All you say at smog station (if asked) is your old ones got dented/defective and you replaced them with like kind that has same specs.
