So I just went to look at this new edge GT this evening.
The car looks to be in great shape. My main question/concern is the color or the engine bay. It looks to be a flat black color which is odd to me. Is this normal? I always assumed it would be the same gloss as the rest of the car.
Everything else in the engine bay looked correct. The ground bolts were green and appeared untouched , ford stamps in the correct areas, the hood lines matched up, etc.
I also noticed in the front behind the headlight was “missed”. It still was the “frame” color. It was obvious the paint just didn’t quite reach that part.
Here are a few photos. The stripes and wheels will be the first thing to go!
CARFAX on the car was clean as well but I know that isn’t always end all be all.
