Buying H&R's need some input

So far Ive found tirerack to be the cheapest @ just below $250 shipped....BUT I have a question, there's says SPORT springs.....is there a sport then a super sport.....It seems everyone gets the super sports so Im not sure about the difference if there is any....Can someone help me out.....JT

One more, because I now got ahold of some Race springs....to get a lower front and that mean looking stance I would want to go no front isolaters and MM iso's in back correct?...or stock front and MM in the back....OR MM all around....Id like to get the car pretty low.....Ive heard I can use stock shocks/struts for race but its "prefered" to upgrade....if I dont will I be ok?...as far as damage wise??---JT
