So I'm from PA and I'm looking to buy a car in CT. I've read some about how it works but it seemed somewhat confusing. I was wondering if any other PA residents could help me understand the process better.

I bought my Cobra in Jersey. Just bought the car in Jersey and went to a title/tag place there. Got a temp registration for Jersey in my name, then just went to AAA in PA and they handled the re-registration within 30 days.
More or less same thing I did. I bought a car in CT. Just bought the car, got the title, bill of sale, went to AAA when I got home and they took care of it. I just drove back on an old tag, though. It still have an effective registration sticker, but still not the best idea.
