Interesting. I am waiting for the government to open up cause I'm getting a usda loan.
My GF is a mortgage broker and she is saying this HURTS very bad. She works for a private mortgage Co. and they can get the loans anyway via private investors but the FHA program, Fannie Mae/Freddy Mac programs are going to the issue.
