That will never hold up in court. That guy has them cornered, instigated the fight, and basicly gave them no other oportunity. Either way I would have reacted the same way, the only difference would be that the bus driver wouldn't have been walking back to the front. Geeze what the hell is going on in our world these days that a 50 year old man would find it neccessary to hit and choke a kid?

This is only one video....maybe these kids were just asking for a beating and the bus driver finally got fed up with all their shit? Who knows for sure....im sure the guy lost his job....
When I was a secondary ed major in college my I was an on call substiture teacher. I had some days when I had a class with just the most disrespectful kids. But regardless how outta line they got I would never have resorted to physical discipline. I would call for an administrator and have the kid escorted outta class. From what I saw in the vid the bus driver lashed out at the kid first , grabbing him by the neck and restraining him. That is not acceptable and against policy I would assume.
Thats some bullshit dude. I dont care how much you piss off a bus driver, what 40 year old is going to pick on a 13year old. The bus drivers lucky he had a bus full of kids because if he lost his temper on a highschool bus he would definitely be eating through a straw for a few months.
I also remember a busdriver that one time had a chick that wanted him to stop and she was about to leave and he shut the door and took off and she fell down the steps and he just kept driving....and he still is driving today, kind of a sick world.

Fock that, in my day bus drivers used to whoop ass. I remember there was a fight on my bus and the driver came in and regulated a few bitch's. Both of them were drug into the principles office lumped up.

there's no virus's in the AOL stuff it takes 1 second to install if u need the plug in. trust me .. lol .. im a computer analyst its my job .. but yea wasnt that crazy .. my dad sent the vid to me and asked em who should be charged .. so i decided to get some opinions from you guys. i think the kids were cornered and helpless and did what they needed to do. if someone hit my little brother id kill them
yea trojans are a big issue with my company. but if you have McAfee firewall and virus scan you will be perfect as a home user. the link i sent people got paranoid (as you can see), AOL does not have virus's within their software, they would get suied in an instant. infact, AOL now provides free McAfee virus scan and a firewall to all their customers to prevent those things from happening while surfing the web. mind you im only 20 years old its not like a have been doing this forever. but for my age i know a fair amount.
those kids would not have engaged in violence if the bus driver hadn't layed a hand on them first. snotty little 15 year old kids on buses is something that is an everyday thing. it goes on in every school. it just needs to be delt with properly. violence is no excuse. the bus driver is the one to blame. i wouldve done the same thing if i were those kids. im not gonna let anyone touch me first without a retaliation. thats bogus... most bullshit story... but that doesnt mean that i think that what kids did was O.K.
