Burnouts?

How are you guys with autos doing your burnouts?

Not really. That's really the only way to do it if you don't have a linelock. It has been done for decades. If you have another way of doing it please share.

i thought when you pressed on the brake it only affected the front brakes?? does it affect both brakes on the GT? :shrug:

Its either linelock and lock the front brakes, or powerbrake and burn up the rear brakes a little.

I just wrap a chain around the diff and attach it to a street sign or large SUV in a parking lot and then floor it.

see what i do, i put it in park, floor it, then shift into drive. just make sure nothings behind you

maybe you should buy a FWD car so you can just use the ebrake and not worry about ruining your brakes!

Traction control off,put the car in first,foot on the brake,then the other on the gas up to 4k or so,get it spinning good then shift to second and let it smoke untill desired..My car will not do one worth a shit with it in D because it wants to shift up to quick and bog.

Traction ctrl off start in 1st get up to 4k for few sec then shift to 2nd and hold 5k till the smoke starts rolling and then let car roll toward the line.
