well my bumper should be done being painted later today. is there anything i should do while its off? like any little things? just curious since its already off.

Do you have a Gord's HE? If not, install one with a protector...like this:
The above was only a mockup, I've since powdercoated it black. I also trimmed the I/C lines to clear my JLT CAI. The peice of hose I removed was split and zip-tied to the lower line to protect it from the upper lines clamp which was rubbing on it.

Do these cars have a heavy bumper support or anything else that is worth taking out? From the pics I've seen it just looks like foam. I'd also put the mesh grill on the back of the pumper itself. Rocks and bugs might still be able to hit it if the grill is right up against the core.
Tape your styrofoam bumper on the left and right sides, this will prevent it from going up and down and help prevent the front bumper from moving like that too
