Is the 99-01 cobra bumper more aerodynamic than the 03-04

And will a turbo intercooler fit behind a 99-01 bumper

I don't know but the 03-04 was designed specifically to get the most air to the heat exchanger

03 will be better for an intercooler as the opening is bigger. Aerodynamic I have no idea.
