Built MT82,PCM and harness,Original MGW shifter,Blowfish bracket.

I am finally done chasing 9's with the MT82 in my 12.

Car snapped third DSS drive shaft at last attempt yesterday. This one was aluminum after first 2 CF also failed.

Going to built automatic I have had sitting around since last fall.


1. Transmission was built in Winter of 2013 and all parts cryotreated. Third gear synchro was replaced.

it has bronze fork shift pads and the gear stop. Never power shifted and shifted like butter. Not sure if whine if from diff gears or tranny

About 4000 miles on it since the rebuild. Looking for $1500 plus shipping or OBO.

I will sell PCM/harness separately since I bought PCM/harness for auto swap-Looking for the $350 OBO I paid for the auto PCM and harness


2.MGW-Is first generation refreshed with new bushings -Fall 2014.Shifts like butter-$250 OBO.


3.Blowfish Bracket-Race version. Bought last winter-$150 OBO

I had real high hopes based on how much it improved the MGW, I could power shift into the 9's . Never got the chance: whine:

Not selling the RXT as keeping it for my Manual 15.

Tranny will be taking out and will be able to get pictures soon.

Willing to do part trade for drive shaft for automatic but planning to buy in next day or two if no offers.

If I can't sell it may just keep as a spare for if/when the one in my 2015 goes.

Not going to invest so much this time in the MT82.At the most MGW/drive shaft and RXT of the 12.

With the money I spent on the one in 12 might as well have a Tremec

This is the best shifting combo(minus RXT clutch) you can get.

That's weird that the DS is breaking on you when there a ton of 9 sec cars on alum and carbon ds? I need this trans, but lets see what happens in the next few weeks if you still have it.

Having to rebuild my "refreshed" built auto! bump.:whine:

I did not get past data logging new tune before finding out needs to be rebuilt-clutches and likely more.:fm:



So..... some one please make me an offer!

Car was making about 780- rwhp and same torque.

I wanted to go faster hence the auto swap.

The irony is the MT82 transmission never skipped a heart beat through this(despite broken drive shafts and I still don't know why they were breaking)......but the "fresh ,built auto" did not even make it pass data logging.
